📦 Delivery Information

Where We Ship:
We offer international shipping for all products, except live plants, which are only shipped within the United States. From urban apartments to sprawling gardens, we’ll ensure your decor arrives right at your doorstep.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Within the U.S.: 3-7 business days (Standard Shipping) or 2-3 business days (Expedited Shipping)

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 7-14 business days depending on customs and local shipping services

Please note: Shipping times may be affected by holidays, peak seasons, or delays from carriers. We'll keep you informed of any significant delays.

Shipping Fees:

  • Within the U.S.: Calculated at checkout based on location and item size

  • International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination and order weight

  • Free shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you select from My Shelfie. If something doesn’t work out, we’ve made the returns process easy for you.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • For plant refunds or replacements:

    •  You must notify us of the issue with a photo within 72 hours of delivery. 

  • For all other items: 

    • You must request a refund or exchange within 5 days of delivery.  

    • You must return the item within 10 days after your request is approved.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items

  • Perishable plants (unless damaged upon arrival)

  • Custom-made or special order products

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at info@myshelfie.shop with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return

  2. We'll guide you through the process and provide return instructions

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
